This privacy notice applies to individuals booking meetings or demos through our website scheduling tool. These bookings are handled outside of the AAArdvark application and are not associated with your AAArdvark user account.
What Information We Collect
When you book an appointment, we may collect the following information:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional, if you choose to receive SMS reminders)
- Appointment details (date, time, topic)
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide only to schedule your appointment and send relevant reminders.
If you opt in to receive an SMS reminder, your phone number will be used only to send a 1-3 reminders before your appointment. We do not use this number for marketing or promotional messages.
SMS Reminder Policy
- SMS reminders are optional. You must opt in each time you book.
- Your phone number is shared only with our SMS provider (e.g., Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering the reminder.
- We do not use SMS reminders for advertising or future outreach.
- Your number is not retained for future use unless you provide it again in a new appointment.
Data Sharing
We do not share your appointment information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We may use trusted third-party service providers (such as our scheduler or SMS provider) to help deliver your booking or reminder. These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only to perform their services.
