Plan & Billing
Introduction
To make changes to your plan and billing information, click on your name in the top-right corner of the interface > click Plan & Billing.
Only the Workspace owner has permission to make the changes listed below.

Change Site Plans
Your site plan can be upgraded or downgraded at any time. Plan changes take effect immediately. Any prorated increase or decrease for the current billing period will be part of your next invoice.
Under the Plan Information section you’ll see a list of your websites and their corresponding billing plans.
From here you can see:
- Plan Name, including # of pages supported
- Next Billing Date
Click on Manage to choose a new plan.

Downgrading Plans
When downgrading, you may be asked to remove pages from your account if you exceed the selected plan’s page limit.
Update Billing Information
Under the Payment Information section, the credit card you currently have on file is displayed here.
To change the credit card that will be used for all upcoming invoices, click Update Billing and enter your new card information. The new card will replace your current card, which will be removed from your account.
Review Invoices
Under the Invoices section, you’ll see a list of previous transactions completed by AAArdvark. Clicking on View Details will take you to a new page where you can Download Invoice or Download Receipt.
