Introduction

Having trouble accessing your AAArdvark account? This guide covers where to log in, how to reset your password, and what to do if something isn’t working as expected.

Where to Log In

Go to app.aaardvarkaccessibility.com/login to access your account.

If you’re logging in for the first time after signing up, you’ll need to verify your email address first. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a verification email from AAArdvark and click the link inside before logging in.

How to Reset Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t log in:

  1. Go to the login page at app.aaardvarkaccessibility.com/login 
  2. Click Forgot your password?
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email, then click the Reset Password button.


The reset link expires in 60 minutes. If it’s expired by the time you click it, just request a new one.

You can also update your password from inside your AAArdvark account at any time: click your name in the top-right corner and click on My Profile from the dropdown options. On the new screen, expand the Password tab under Profile Settings and reset your password.

I Didn’t Receive a Verification or Reset Email

If the email hasn’t arrived after a few minutes:

  • Check your spam or junk folder. Automated emails sometimes land there.
  • Check if you’re using the right email address. If you have multiple email addresses, the one you signed up with may not be the one you checked.
  • Add our email to your contacts. Emails come from [email protected]. Adding this to your contacts helps prevent future filtering.

Troubleshooting Common Login Issues

I set up two-factor authentication and lost access to my authenticator app

If you saved your recovery codes when setting up 2FA, you can use those to log in. Go to the login page, enter your password, and click Use a recovery code when prompted for your 2FA code.

If you don’t have your recovery codes, contact us from the email connected to your AAArdvark account, and we can help verify your identity and restore access.

I was invited to a workspace, but I can’t find my login

When you’re invited to a workspace, you’ll receive an email invitation. Accepting the invite creates your account – you’ll be prompted to set a password during that process. If you can’t find the invitation email, check your spam folder or ask the workspace owner to resend it.

I know my password, but the login isn’t working

Try these steps:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again
  2. Try a different browser or an incognito/private window
  3. Make sure you’re not using a browser extension that might be blocking the login page
